We have a well-established internal auditing team made up of employees from different departments within our organization. It is their job to audit other departments as well as our manufacturing processes throughout the year in addition to performing their regular job. They help uncover and report potential problems that may affect the quality system, and help confirm everyone is doing what they are supposed to be doing to support the quality system. This team's effort is one way we strive to achieve our company's quality policy of "Complete Customer Satisfaction – Nothing Less".
